Vodka Cocktails

• 2 measures vodka
• Juice of 1 lime
  / soda water to top up
• 1 teaspoon caster sugar

Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tall tumbler Add ice and top up with soda water

Decorate with lemon and lime slices, and a cherry

• 1 1/2 measures vodka
• 1 measure lime juice
• 1 teaspoon caster sugar

Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Decorate with a lemon or lime slice

• 1 measure vodka
  1 measure dry vermouth

Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Decorate with a twist of lemon
