Gin Cocktails

• 1½ measure dry gin
  ½ measure red vermouth

teaspoon maraschino
dash of orange bitters

Shake and strain

• 1 measure gin
  1 measure dry vermouth

Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Decorate with a stuffed olive or a twist of lemon peel

• 2 measures dry gin
  teaspoon (or less) each of red and dry vermouth

Stir and strain

Optionally, add zest of lemon peel

• 2 measures dry gin
  1 measure red vermouth

Stir and strain

Optionally, add small slice of lemon

• 2 measures gin
  1 measure dry vermouth

Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Decorate with a stuffed olive or a twist of lemon peel

• 2 measures gin
  1 dash very dry vermouth

Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

• 3 dashes Pernod
  3 dashes grenadine
  2 measures gin
• 1 measure orange juice
