Gin Cocktails
Gimlet
- 1 measure gin
- 1 measure lime cordial
Stir the gin and lime cordial together and serve in a cocktail glass, half-filled with crushed ice if preferred
Gin Cobbler
- 2 measures dry gin
Dissolve teaspoon caster sugar in a little water in tall glass. half fill with crushed ice. Add 2 measures dry gin. teaspoon lemon or fresh lime juice. Stir Garnish with fruit to personal taste Top with soda-water Serve with straws

Gin Cocktail
- 3 measures dry gin
3 dashes orange bitters
Stir and strain
Add zest of orange peel
Gin Crusta
- 2 measures dry gin
½ glass Cointreau
teaspoon maraschino
dash of Angostura
Frost rim of wine glass by moistening with lemon juice and dipping in fine sugar. Place long spiral of lemon peel in the glass. Separately - Shake, and strain into prepared glass
Gin Fix
- 2 measures gin
- juice of ¼ lemon
/ 1 measure water
1 tablespoon sugar
Fill a tall tumbler two-thirds full with crushed ice Add all the ingredients and stir well
Decorate the rim of the glass with slices of any fruits in season
Gin Ginger (1)
- 2 measures dry gin
