Gin Cocktails

• 2 dashes of green crème de menthe
  2 measures gin
• juice of 1 lemon or ½ lime

1 measure dash of Angostura bitters

Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Decorate with a mint sprig if liked

• 2 measures dry gin
  1 glass rosso vermouth
• 1 fresh grapefruit juice

3 dashes Angostura

Shake and strain
